Part-Time Faculty Healthcare Reimbursement Pilot Program

We are pleased to announce the rollout of the Part-Time Faculty Healthcare Reimbursement Program, established through the recently approved MOU. This program provides eligible part-time faculty with reimbursement for qualifying healthcare premiums in accordance with the agreement terms.

How to Request Reimbursement

  1. Part-Time Faculty Healthcare Reimbursement Request Form
  2. Multi-District Health Insurance Load Verification Form (only if you teach at more than one CA Community College District)

Reimbursement Deadlines

  • Academic Year 2024–2025 – Submit by September 30, 2025. Payment in November 10, 2025 payroll.
  • Fall 2025 – Submit by December 31, 2025, no later than January 15, 2026. Acceptance by February 15, 2026. Payment in March 10, 2026 payroll.
  • Spring 2026 – Submit by June 30, 2026, no later than July 15, 2026. Acceptance by August 15, 2026. Payment in September 10, 2026 payroll.
