Faculty evaluations are a vital component of instructional quality, professional development, and continuous improvement. These forms were developed in collaboration with the Faculty Association of Yuba Community College District (FAYCCD) and the Yuba College Adjunct Faculty Union (YCAFT) to ensure a fair, consistent, and collaborative evaluation process aligned with District policies, collective bargaining agreements, and state regulations.
