  The average class size at Yuba College is approximately 30 students. Therefore your professors are easily accessible, maintaining office hours so that you can meet with them individually. The instructional quality is exceptional and supported by current and appropriate technology.

  Yuba College has intercollegiate sports teams including men’s and women’s basketball, soccer, tennis, and track and field, softball, baseball, and women’s volleyball. There are numerous student organizations, some connected to academic departments, and others involved in a variety of special interests. Yuba College has an active Music Department that sponsors a Chamber Chorus, Jazz Band, and several concerts throughout the year. The Theatre Arts Department produces a major play and/or musical each semester. The Associated Students of Yuba College (ASYC) provides various services and social activities for students and represents students’ views and interests to the administration and the Board of Trustees.

The registration fee for one academic year as a full time, taking 12 units each semester, student at Yuba College is $486, compared with $2,516 at CSU Sacramento, and $4,665 at UC Davis.
