Career Assessment

If you have recently started your academic career at Yuba College, and are at a loss as to what to major in or you have declared a major but you’re just not sure it’s the right major, then the career assessment process is where you should begin.

If you have been at Yuba College for more than three semesters and still have no idea of the direction to pursue you would benefit greatly from this service. Don’t put this off any longer. You have within yourself the power to get into a rewarding, and challenging career right now. Career assessment is the first step.

My goal for you is to help you “get it right the first time.” Your time and money are valuable assets and they are not to be wasted. It is counterproductive to go from one major to another despite what others tell you. Now just so we’re clear, I don’t have a magic wand to pass over your head, but I do have the necessary tools to help you focus on a career and educational goal.

You just need to invest a little bit of time and you will come away from the experience with knowledge and skills to help you succeed in the next phase of the journey.
