Mayse comes to Yuba from Valley HS where he played for two very good coaches in Paul Casey and John Duponte. Mayse averaged 15pts 8rebs and 5 assts while having to play all positions for Valley HS on an undersized team.
His favorite college team is St Marys and his favorite actor is Denzel Washington.
His biggest fear is to fail and the thing he enjoys the most about being a 49'er is winning.
If he could go to any school after Yuba it would be any school that makes the NCAA Tournament.

Mayse was a 1st Team All-Bay Valley player at Yuba College in both 2007-08, and 2008-09. Mayse started every game at point guard for two years helping the 49'ers to a school record 32-4 season and a 25-9 season in 09'.
Yuba won back to back BVC titles with Mayse and reached the Elite 8 in 08'.
