Accessing E-mail with MyCampus Key (formerly known as your WebAdvisor login)

In order to successfully login to @go.yccd.edu, your student e-mail, and other network resources such as MyCampus portal, Blackboard, or WebAdvisor, you need your user ID and password. 

To find your MyCampus Key and/or password information:

1. Looking for your MyCampus Key?
1. Go to What’s My User ID

2. You must change your password before your new @go.yccd.edu account will work.

3. If you don’t know your password:
1. Reset Your Password

Note:  If this is your first time accessing the system or you have reset your password, your default password is your birthdate in mmddyy format.

4. After changing your password wait a minute or two.
5. Access  @go.yccd.edu

You can access your @go.yccd.edu account by visiting http://www.yccd.edu/webmail, and clicking the @go button.  The following login page will appear.  You will need to enter your complete e-mail address (MyCampus Key@go.yccd.edu) and password to login.

All other web applications, such as WebAdvisor, MyCampus portal, and Blackboard, should require only your MyCampus Key which is the first initial of your last name + your Colleague ID.
