Academic Support:

• Supplemental Instruction
  Supplemental Instruction (SI) is available in academic subjects, such as Mathematics and English, for all Student Support Services students. SI integrates study skills with course content and uses faculty-led collaborative learning.
  
  
• Adjunct Courses
  Transferring Student Support Services students have the opportunity to participate in Adjunct Courses to enhance their academic skills to transfer to 4-year universities.
  
  
• Tutorial Services
  Individual and group tutorial assistance are available to all Student Support Services students by appointment.
  
  
• College Success Workshops
  Student Support Services students have access to workshops in study skills, time management, computer literacy, and other skills development.

Specialized Counseling Services:

Specialized counseling servers are available to help Student Support Services students accomplish their educational goals. The relationship between the Student Support Services Counselor and the Student Support Services students will focus on the following:

• Define and clarify academic goals
• Academic advising on graduation and transfer requirements
• Develop a Student Educational Plan
• Career and personal counseling
• Assistance with financial aid and scholarship processes
