Assignments

Please Review the following for instructions and to determine your Classroom Assignment

General Instructions:

1. Remember your TB must have been completed within the last 3 months and your CPR for Healthcare Providers must be submitted no later than the first day of class; failure to have these will delay starting your clinical rotation and may result in your dismissal from the program.
   
   
2. Your clinical site assignment will be given to you within the first two weeks of class and not everyone will get their first choice. You will have 3 rotations during the program so you should get your first choice at least once.
   
   
3. You will be required to present a copy of your immunizations, background results and Yuba College ID to the clinical staff on your first day.
   
   
4. For information on deferral once you have started the process to start the program in the Fall, please read the announcement "Deferring from the program." If you have questions, send an email to awillson@yccd.edu

Registration:

1. You must first apply to Yuba College if you not done so before. The application you filled out to get into the program is not the same as the Yuba College application. You can do this on line.
   
   
2. There are specific courses that are applicable for those assigned to Marysville and Sacramento. Please be sure to register for the correct courses.

First day of Class: Note that you will only attend one orientation session dependent upon which classroom you have been assigned.
