Wait-list Aug 2009 - (Date Last Updated: 08-07-2009)

All those accepted for Fall 2009 have been removed from the list. I have not added any of the applications that have come in since the middle of July. I will add them by (I hope) the end of August. Getting one group of students graduated and getting the next ready takes much time. And I am on vacation until the end of next week. If you have gotten a message from the division secretary saying your application was sent to me and you have mailed your site selection to me... then as long as your immunizations are complete you can expect to see your name added to the list.

Updated Waitlist - (Date Last Updated: 07-16-2009)

Yesterday was the last day any student who is accepted to start this Fall (09) could request a deferment... none came in. It is now too late to fill any spaces for which an accepted student may not fill. My intent is to update the list no later than Sunday... this will give you a better indication of your new status on the list. As a reminder, any changes in contact information must be sent in writing to the Division Secretary (where you mailed your application) in Jan or Feb... I will be sending letters, usually to the first 75-100) names on the list to see if you are still interested so I can update the list. When those letters go out, you have 2 weeks to respond. If we do not hear from you, your name is removed from the list. So if you know you will be out of town during that time period you can send me a letter letting me know that you will be gone, I will put that on your application and then expect you to return the notification within two weeks of your return date.

Looking forward to seeing the new students in August, and for those who didn't make it this year, soon.

Misc info - (Date Last Updated: 06-18-2009)

I will be posting the classroom assignments in about a week if not sooner.... once you know what classroom you are in you can enroll in the correct sections. And I will also send your name to Elizabeth so you can make arrangements to get your badges..please call her first to set an appointment.

I have some bad new... I think the tuition will be $27 a unit, so plan on having to pay more to be in the program. If this causes a hardship and you want to defer, please remember you must do this no later than July 15 to remain on the list as a deferment.
