NOTICE OF SALE of Surplus Assets

Yuba Community College District in co-operation with Yuba College will conduct a sale of surplus assets.  These assets are being sold in accordance with YCCD BP 6550 Disposal of Property and with California Education Code 70902(b)(6), 81383, 81384, 81452 .

These items will only be available for purchase:

• Thursday, February 9, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Friday, February 17, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The following are examples of the types of items typically included: bookcases; cameras; chairs; cabinets; desks; fax machines; weight equipment; microcomputers; monitors; player/recorders; printers; radios; scanners; tables; typewriters; VCR's; video equipment; workbenches; workstation; zip drives, and much more.

This is a cash and carry sale, all items are sold “as is, where is, with all faults.”  Be prepared with trucks, dollies, and additional help as the District will have very limited resources available to assist with moving and loading your purchase.   All warranties, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and warranties for a specific purpose, are disclaimed.

Note:

-Parking permits are required in Yuba College Parking Lots
-Daily Parking Permits are $2.00
-Permits are available for purchase at any of the 7 permit machines located in the general parking lots
-Parking is enforced at all times
-No parking in "Staff Only" spaces without a proper permit
