Payment Instructions

Enclose (within the attached envelope) the fine for the violation charged (as listed on the citation) and forward it within twenty (20) days to: Yuba Community College District (181), c/o Parking Citation Service Center, Post Office Box 11923, Santa Ana, CA 92711, telephone number (800) 813-3598. If the fine is not paid in twenty-one (21) days, the amount of the fine above, plus $5.00 penalty, plus $22.00 lien fee will be collected by the Department of Motor Vehicles. Five (5) unpaid citations can result in vehicle seizure.
