Steps for purchasing your Parking Decal online for Students

Delivery Details
- Parking Permits are produced the next business day and placed in the
US Postal Service mail for delivery to the address you specified.
- Since it will take 5-7 business days to deliver your decal,
it is advised that you plan ahead and order the Parking Permit well
in advance of the first day of permit parking enforcement for "not
displaying a valid decal".
Initial Steps
Be prepared with the following items:
- A valid credit (or debit card)
- A valid mailing address
- Information about your primary vehicle (make, model, vehicle type,
year, color, and license plate information, state of issue).
Online Steps
- Login to WebAdvisor;
- Go to the "Students" Link;
- Look under the "User Account" block – top left;
- Click on "Order Parking Permit";
- On the WebAdvisor Order Parking Permit page – click on
the "Order Parking Permit" hyperlink.
Do not click on the "OK" button.
- You will now be directed to the "Credentials Order Processing"
page.
Please note: The Board of Governors Fee Waiver (BOGW) indicator at the
top of the page will show a Y/N. If you should be receiving a BOGW and
the indicator says "N", please contact Financial Aid prior to
ordering your parking permit. Only after your BOGW is approved will you
be offered the reduced parking fee. No refunds will be given for
late BOGW applications.
- Select the appropriate Parking Permit (Auto or Motorcycle). If
you need both auto and motorcycle, you will need to purchase each
separately as you can only purchase one at a time. You will
need to go into this form twice to get both decals.
- You will then be asked to review your name, address, and email (optional
to give cell phone for text messaging) as it appears on the screen.
- The next screen asks for information about your "PRIMARY"
vehicle; information such as: make, model, vehicle type, year, color
and license plate #, and state of issue. Once you have all information
filled in choose "next".
- Choose your delivery address, or you may enter another address to
mail your permit to.
- Next you will be asked to review the data you entered and to acknowledge
that YCCD does not issue refunds for lost or stolen parking decals.
- Enter your credit or debit card information to make payment for
the Parking Decal. (If you do not have a credit or debit card,
you will need to come to your local campus and use the designated
computers that will allow you to order your Parking Decal and take
the receipt to the Admissions and Records Office(s) or Cashier’s
Office at your respective campus for payment. Look for signs
for locations of these computers.
- You will be issued a receipt for the transaction. You can
either close the window when complete or go back to place an additional
order.
- Your receipt is NOT a parking permit; it is a record of your financial
transaction, and contains your personal information. Protect your
personal information from theft by not displaying your receipt.
- If you have not received you permit prior to the beginning of
permit enforcement, you must display a valid daily permit while
parking on campus.
- If you do not receive your permit within 7 days of your order,
contact the police department at 530-741-6771.
