Crime Statistics

Under the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, formerly the Student Right to Know and Campus Security Act, Yuba Community College District must annually distribute statistics on the reported occurrences of the following offenses:

• Homicide
• Manslaughter
• Robbery
• Aggravated assault
• Sex offenses: Forcible (rape, sodomy, rape with a foreign object, and forcible fondling (sexual battery)
• Sex offenses:non-forcible (incest and statutory rape)
• Burglary
• Motor vehicle theft
• Arson
• Hate Crimes

Statistics for the above mentioned offenses within the Yuba Community College District are made available through the Department of Education's Office of Post-Secondary Education. Statistics are available on-line at:
