Trustee Mark Bredt - Area IV

Mr. Bredt is a published author and news journalist with more than 30 years experience in the print publishing industry. He currently owns and operates a publishing and publishing services company M Bredt Ink, LLC (www.MBredtInk.com, www.Paracletus.com) offering professional literary and publishing services to authors and small publishers around the world. Mr. Bredt is also a previous Managing Editor for each of the newspapers being published in Lake County including the Middletown Times-Star, the Clearlake Observer-American and the Lake County Record-Bee.

A perpetual student, Mr. Bredt is currently working toward a doctorate degree in theology through United Christian College. His community service activities include representation of District 2 on the Lake County Republican Party committee, and he serves as a Steward and Lay Minister for the Clearlake Church of the Nazarene.

Mr. Bredt resides in Clearlake Park, CA with his wife Inez. The couple has three adult children, and two grandchildren.
