I received my AA degree in Economics from Santa Rosa Junior College in 1986. I received my BA degree in Labor Economics (with an emphasis in Accounting) from UC Santa Barbara in 1988. I received my Master's Degee in Economics with an emphasis in Mathematical Procedures from UC Davis in 1990. I taught as an adjunct instructor at both Mendocino College and Yuba College from 1993-1997. I became a full-time faculty member at Yuba College in 1997.
