Instructional Interests
• Critically review and synthesize current instructional concepts of veterinary technology and the training of laboratory diagnostics • Expand the field of veterinary technology to include agriculture, research, shelter medicine, wildlife, government and the animal care industry • Facilitating student learning by the development of individualized student abilities • Develop varied and motivational learning environments • Apply distance learning and education to veterinary medicine and technology • Apply evidence-based teaching to the understanding of pathologic microbial ecology • Integration of multiple ideas in the problem solving process concerning clinical veterinary pharmacology in education • Collect and organize appropriate clinical data, apply principles of evidence-based medicine to determine clinical diagnoses, and formulate and implement acceptable treatment modalities
