Programs & Services

The North Valley Cal-SOAP Consortium provides students with information and assistance in preparing for and applying to college. Cal-SOAP offers numerous college-preparatory workshops and services to assist students with their educational goals. Here are just a few of the many services and activities offered to students:

• Tutoring in mathematics, science, and english
• Educational and Career Planning
• Academic Advisement
• Preparation Workshops for the PSAT/ACT/SAT II/EPT and ELM
• Student-Parent workshops on college requirements, admission procedures, and student financial aid
• Mentoring and advisement by college and university peers
• Enrichment activities such as college campus visits, career exploration, and college outreach events.
