Articulation Agreements
Course-to-Course Agreements:
Course-to-Course agreements are developed between two institutions
specifying articulated courses for a specific department.
Lower Division Major-to-Major Agreements:
Lower Division Major-to-Major agreements identify lower-division
articulated course for fulfillment of a specified major.
Transferable Course Lists:
Transfer course agreements identify community
college courses that are generally transferable to the
University of California (UC) and/or California State University (SCU)
systems, or that apply to Inter-segmental General Education Transfer Curriculum
(IGETC) or CSU general education certification requirements.
- UC Transferable Course Agreements (TCA)
Identifies course that can be accepted upon transfer from Yuba Community
College District for advanced standing unit credit toward a UC degree.
- CSU Baccalaureate Course Lists (Bacc List)
The list identifies all Yuba Community College District courses that
are transferable to the CSU's. For Yuba Community College District,
all courses numbered 1 through 49 are transferable to CSU campuses.
- CSU General Education Breadth Agreements (GEB)
Students wanting to transfer to a CSU can complete their lower-division
general education requirements at Yuba Community College District prior
to transfer. This agreement lists all the approved Yuba Community College
District general education courses for transfer to the CSU's.
- Inter-segmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC)
Another general education program that students can use to satisfy lower-division
general education requirements at both UC and CSU campuses.
For questions about which general education pattern to complete,
please consult with a Yuba Community College District counselor.
Many articulation agreements for the Yuba Community College District
can be accessed on the ASSIST web site at http://www.assist.org
and are located in the college Transfer Centers.
