Previous Semester Grades:
Final grades from the previous semester are available on either the Web – by accessing WebAdvisor at https://webadvisor.yccd.edu or by calling Telephone Registration at 741-9822.

Unofficial Transcript:
If you need an unofficial transcript (of your grades), you can print off a FREE copy through the Web – by accessing WebAdvisor at https://webadvisor.yccd.edu.

If you do not have access to a computer, you can request a copy of your transcript at your local registration office. Photo identification is REQUIRED. The first two transcripts (of any type) ever requested are free of charge. After that, there is a $3.00 per copy charge. During peak registration periods, there is an additional $6.00 RUSH transcript fee for transcripts given out over the counter.

If the transcript is to be sent anywhere other than another college or university, you MUST submit your request in WRITING. Please include your name (other names used), social security or College ID number, birthdate, and the address you want the transcript mailed to. Your signature is REQUIRED.
